  • 4 large flour tortillas (810 inches)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously on top.
  4. Add parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place 2 tortillas in the basket without overlapping and cook 3–4 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove carefully, let cool 1 minute, then cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. Serve warm.
