- 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inches)
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Add parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place 2 tortillas in the basket without overlapping and cook 3–4 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove carefully, let cool 1 minute, then cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. Serve warm.
