Ingredients
2 large russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and flavor)
¼ teaspoon chili powder (optional, for a spicy kick)
