Ingredients
For the Fritters:
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground red pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Yogurt-Dill Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
½ cup grated cucumber
¼ teaspoon red powdered pepper

Prepare the batter – In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, garlic, eggs, flour, salt, ground red pepper, and black pepper. Mix until a cohesive batter forms.

Heat oil – Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet and heat over medium heat.

Fry fritters – Drop portions of batter into the hot oil. Fry 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Notes
For extra crispiness, finely shred the cabbage and squeeze out excess moisture before mixing.
