3 (15 oz) cans organic low-sodium garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained & rinsed
1–2 tbsp olive oil (per batch)
Sweet Flavor Profile:
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
Ranch Flavor Profile:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt
Spicy Flavor Profile:
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat Oven – Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Chickpeas – Drain, rinse, and pat dry chickpeas thoroughly with a towel (removing moisture ensures crispiness).

Divide – Split chickpeas evenly into three bowls.

Season – Coat each batch with olive oil and add seasonings for Sweet, Ranch, and Spicy flavors. Toss well.

Bake – Spread each batch in a single layer on baking sheets. Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking pans halfway through.
