Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
4 cups beef broth
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions

Brown meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink.

Sauté onion: Add diced onion and cook until translucent.

Transfer to crockpot: Place cooked beef and onion into the crockpot.

Add liquids & seasonings: Pour in beef broth and crushed tomatoes. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Add noodles: Break lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and stir gently into the crockpot mixture.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.

Add cheeses (last 30 min): Stir in ricotta and shredded mozzarella for a creamy texture.
