2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Binding & Moisture:

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

½ cup low-sodium chicken broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Foundation: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cut sweet potatoes into uniform ¾-inch cubes.

  2. Build the Flavor Base: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté diced onions for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

  3. Brown the Turkey: Add ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook for 6-8 minutes until no pink remains.
