Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Slice sweet potatoes into thick rounds.

  3. Toss with Seasoning: In a large bowl, mix sweet potato rounds with olive oil, maple syrup, chili paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
