Ingredients
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz fettuccine pasta (or your favorite pasta)
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup pure honey
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken breasts with black pepper. Sauté chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked and golden brown.

Add minced garlic and sliced red bell pepper; cook 3–4 minutes until fragrant and slightly softened.

Whisk honey and soy sauce together in a small bowl, then pour over chicken and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
