Ingredients
Mango Filling:
4 cups fresh mango, peeled and diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Crumble Topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare Mango Filling: In a bowl, combine diced mango, lemon juice, and sugar. Pour into the baking dish.
- Make Crumble Topping: In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Assemble Crumble: Sprinkle topping evenly over mango mixture.
- Bake: Bake 30–35 minutes until topping is golden and mango filling is bubbly.
