Crumble Topping:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare Mango Filling: In a bowl, combine diced mango, lemon juice, and sugar. Pour into the baking dish.
  3. Make Crumble Topping: In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Assemble Crumble: Sprinkle topping evenly over mango mixture.
  5. Bake: Bake 30–35 minutes until topping is golden and mango filling is bubbly.
